Carlos Leon Chimes In On Madonna

Madonna's daughter, Lola Leon, is one lucky girl. Rumors have circulated for years that Madonna looked at dudes like Dennis Rodman and Jose Conseco as possible baby daddies. Thank God she ended up choosing Carlos Leon in the end. He seems like a good dad and stable force for Lola and a great spokesperson for Madonna!

"She's at that point where she can call me and say, 'Hey Dad, what's up? What time are you going to get me?' " he says of his 11-year-old. "It's really cool. We talk every day." (For the record, he says of Madonna's alleged affair: "Trust me, that's a lie. I know for a fact, she wouldn't do that.")

Their daily chats, however, do not include doses of daddy discipline. "It's hard for me to be the tough guy with my daughter," says Leon, an actor and personal trainer who recently designed the fitness center in the Crescent Club condo in Long Island City through his company, Leon Fitness. "Maybe I should work on the discipline stuff, but I could leave her mother to do that!"

Still, he says, despite her well-known parents, Lourdes ("Lola," as he calls her) remains a grounded kid. "Look at me and the way I live: I ride my bicycle, I walk, I don't have a driver," says Leon. "That's how I keep her grounded. Her mom does a good job too – she's not that person that everyone thinks. She's very laidback and cool."

And Lourdes shares Dad's taste in music, too, Leon says – taking out his iPhone to show off some music she's downloaded. "Alicia Keys, Audioslave, Beck. I like everything she listens to!"

Madonna & Gwyneth Stroll

Madonna and Gwyneth have been hanging tight lately. It's nice to see that even celebs need a friend to lean on when the going gets tough.

However, the main reason I wanted you to see this picture is so I could say: I have this stroller! I have the same stroller as Madonna! This is a Phil & Ted's and I highly recommend it to all of my friends who are looking for a double stroller. That back seat is an attachment. When you don't need it anymore, it's still an awesome single stroller.

Madonna Loving The Attention

I have NO doubt that Madonna is loving every minute of the attention this A-Rod scandal is generating. With her new CD, upcoming tour, and 50th birthday on the horizon...are you kidding me? Let us not forget that Madonna is The Original. Scandal, intense media playing, he said/she said, she said/she said....Madonna helped invent "the game" that's played today and now she's in the thick of it again. She must feel rejuvinated. She hasn't had this kind of attention since she had kids!

MADONNA is "loving" the attention she's getting from the Alex Rodriguez scandal, friends said - and as of Sunday, she was planning on ramping up the rumors by cheering on her close friend during today's All-Star game at Yankee Stadium.

"She, [manager] Guy Oseary and some friends have tickets and are planning on going," said a spy. "She doesn't care about the press it will get - she loves it. It just gets her more publicity for her upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour."

Madonna and hubby Guy Ritchie have been acting like a very strong couple ever since news broke that not only was A-Rod's wife, Cynthia, divorcing him, but that she claims he'd had an "affair of the heart" with the singer. Madonna, who has been actively trying to get A-Rod into kabbalah, denies any affairs with the slugger.

"Cynthia's claims don't bother Guy," said a pal of the couple. "He and Madonna have an unconventional marriage and are fine with it. He is obsessed with his work and so is she. They are not planning on divorcing."

Ritchie just signed Robert Downey Jr. to his next movie about Sherlock Holmes, and is said to be in LA now with the actor.

But while Madonna can blow off the bad C-Rod press, she is not pleased with the press that her brother, Christopher Ciccone, and his book, "Life With My Sister Madonna," are generating.

Madge is said to be furious with Ciccone, who describes his sister as a petty, mean pennypincher who stiffed him out of tens of thousands of dollars.

A source told Jossip that although Ciccone was on "Good Morning America," his interviews with "The Insider" and "Entertainment Tonight" were canceled after Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg, made calls implying that if Ciccone appeared on the shows, they'd lose access to Madonna. A rep for the shows said, "That's not us."

Madonna Tell All

WARREN Beatty was once so suspicious of Madonna that he went through her trash looking for evidence that she was cheating on him, the pop queen's brother, Christopher Ciccone, reveals in his tell-all, "Life With My Sister Madonna," out next week.

"Warren, operator that he has always been, had the sense to recognize his equal in Madonna," Ciccone writes.

In other bombshells in the book:

* When Madonna decided to have a baby, she first eyed cross-dressing NBA kook Dennis Rodman and "Melrose Place" actor John Enos before she picked Carlos Leon, whom she met in Central Park - even though she was "not sure he fulfills the intelligence requirement."

* When she romped with JFK Jr., Madonna said, "I feel like I am repeating Marilyn [Monroe] and the president."

* Ingrid Casares was Madonna's perpetual "yes-woman," a "sycophant," content to "sit at [her] feet, as if she were Madonna's slave . . . It wouldn't have surprised me at all if [they] were having intimate relations."

* Madonna hangs an 8-by-12-foot photo of herself in S&M gear and lying on a bed with dead animals in her home - in full view of the kids. It's "the creepiest thing I've ever seen," Ciccone writes.

* Madonna's first husband, Sean Penn, once cornered Ciccone, pulled out a jackknife and insisted, "Let's be blood brothers," then sliced open both their thumbs to seal the deal. Years later, Penn approached the openly gay Ciccone, mentioned the ritual and asked, "You don't have AIDS, do you?"

* Guy Ritchie is a homophobe whose heterosexuality "swells noticeably" in the presence of gay men. In a dinner toast Ciccone made the week before Ritchie and Madonna's wedding, he cracked about the groom, "I'd like to toast this happy moment . . . and if anybody wants to [bleep] Guy, he'll be in my room later."

Guy Oseary F*cks His Clients

This whole Madonna/Guy Richie/A-Rod/C-Rod/Lenny Kravitz thing is so crazy and twisted! And Guy Oseary is behind it all. What an ass! I feel bad for Lenny Kravitz. He might just be the only one in the list who has actually gotten f*cked.

WHEN Lenny Kravitz learned he was being accused of having an extramarital affair with Alex Rodriguez's wife, Cynthia, he "looked like he was going to throw up," according to a witness.

Dodd Romero, the hulking fitness trainer who accompanied Cynthia to Paris, told The Post that Kravitz blames his former manager, Guy Oseary, for entangling the rocker in the twisted tales about Madonna and the Yankee slugger.

Romero called Kravitz two weeks ago to tip him off that Oseary - who managed Kravitz, Madonna and A-Rod - was about to "pimp out Madonna and A-Rod," said a source. But Kravitz didn't approve and told Romero, "I'll take care of this" - and fired Oseary.

Kravitz was shocked when he was then accused of having a fling with the slugger's wife, said the source. Romero believes Oseary planted the story in retaliation for being dumped.

Kravitz, Cynthia Rodriguez and Romero were all in Kravitz's tour bus when the reports broke in Paris. "Lenny looked like he was going to throw up," Romero told the Post. "Lenny said, 'I worked so hard to clean up my image and now I'm gonna get dragged into this.' "

The trio planned to fly to Spain to meet up with Denzel Washington, whom Romero also trains, but canceled when Kravitz's alleged tryst made news. The group agreed it was best for Cynthia to instead head back to Miami to "sort out the mess."

A rep for Kravitz confirmed he dumped Oseary two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, yesterday's Times reported, "Madonna has denied having an affair with Rodriguez." In actuality, the hair-splitting statement issued in her name said she is "not romantically involved with [Alex] Rodriguez." As many readers of this newspaper know, you don't have to be romantically involved to have an affair.

More Good News on Britney Comeback

Love, love, love it!

Madonna has reached out to Britney Spears and this weekend Britney is set to film video footage that will appear on the big screens on Madonna's "Sticky and Sweet" tour. Madonna also wants Britney to perform in person for several of her concert dates. The UK's Sun newspaper says Madonna want to give Britney some career guidance and get her back on track. That also includes, we presume, plenty of Kabbalah brainwashing. Still, it IS a major opportunity for Britney. (Interesting how they've both changed since this photo was taken. Madonna looks better - Britney doesn't.)

Madonna: "I Am Not Getting A Divorce."

Madonna has issued issued a statement about the state of her union to Guy Richie. In it, she says:

"My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study.”

Still, you're left wondering...what's really going on? I, for one, hope they're staying together. But I have to admit, I'm still doubtful.

Madonna Tell-All BAD for Richie?

It's no secret that Guy Richie and Madonna's brother, Christopher Ciccone don't get along. Apparently, Richie might have more to worry about than Madonna does when it comes to Ciccone's reported "explosive" book. Hmmm....how bad can it be?

Newsflash! We've got an update on the Madonna book written by her brother Christopher. We're hearing that the book doesn't really say awful things about Madonna - we already KNOW most of the awful things about her. But Christopher DOES have some startling revelations about Madonna's husband Guy Ritchie! Christopher and his brother-in-law Guy never got along, and Chris will tell us WHY. Needless to say, Madonna doesn't want her husband's rep - what's left of it- further diminished.

Madonna and Britney Tell-Alls

Holy crap. Can I place my order for the Madonna book NOW?!

MADONNA and Britney Spears are about to get socked with scandalous, tell-all books about their wild and crazy lives.

Madonna is sure to be the more betrayed. Her brother Christopher Ciccone, who had a falling-out with Her Madgesty several years ago, has collaborated with British journo Wendy Leigh on an exposé of his sister for Simon Spotlight Entertainment, an imprint of Simon & Schuster - and it's going to be "brutal."

"It's extremely graphic and devastating," said a source who declined to give details. "He wrote it on the sly without telling Madonna. They want to put it out before her lawyers can get a hold of it."

The book, due out next month, has a massive print run of 350,000.

A dismayed friend of Madonna said, "We'd heard rumors, but didn't realize he'd actually written it. He was there through the crazy years and has many stories to tell, I'm sure. He's seen it all. Oh, my."

Adam Rothberg, Simon & Schuster's fork-tongued flack, told us yesterday, "We don't have anything to say at this time" - but then gave the story to the AP. Madonna's rep declined to comment.

Ciccone - a gay decorator/chef once described by Rupert Everett in Everett's biography as "a solid raft for Madonna in the shark-infested waters" - was ditched by his sister after she hooked up with her now husband Guy Ritchie, who Everett said was "uncomfortable around queens."

Meanwhile, Spears is the subject of a tome by investigative reporter Ian Halperin, the author of "Hollywood Undercover: Revealing the Sordid Secrets of Tinseltown" and "Bad and Beautiful: Inside the Dazzling and Deadly World of Supermodels."

Halperin, who plans to offer "Stalking Britney: Under Siege with Britney Spears" to publishers next week, reveals "details of at least two suicide attempts by the troubled star," as well as allegations by a drug dealer about her substance abuse.

Madonna To Divorce Guy?

The writing has been on the wall for ages. Now, apparently, Madonna has met with a high powered divorce attorney to start divorce proceedings against Guy Richie. Rumor has it, the only reason the couple hadn't divorced sooner was they wanted to secure the adoption of little David Banda.

By Hollywood standards, they had a good run.

Madonna: Step Off Brit!

Madonna wants the press to leave Britney alone. And from what I hear, she'll get her wish. The paps have been saying for awhile now that since Brit's been under dad Jamie's care she's no longer very interesting and they're planning to move onto Miley Cyrus. Poor Miley. I wonder how Brit will handle THAT?!

Madonna wants the media to leave Britney Spears alone.

“They need to step off,” she told the “Yo on E!” satellite radio show. “For real … Let’s go save her.”

The singer, who’s married to film director Guy Ritchie, also said 11-year-old daughter Lourdes “gets the drift of what’s going on, and I think she feels very protective of Britney.”

On Thursday, Madonna, who celebrates her 50th birthday later this year, also revealed she enjoys listening to Spears’ Blackout album while exercising. The two singers famously shared a kiss on the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards and collaborated on the song “Me Against the Music.”

Madonna also revealed her plans to spend the summer in New York and said she may go on tour in the fall to promote her new album, Hard Candy, out April 29.

Good Morning!

I wanted to let everyone know that I jumped the gun when I announced my giveaway this weekend. The giveaway is going to span several weeks with something being given away every week. HOWEVER, I'm leaving for a month-long vacation to Florida in a week! I can't bring all of the swag with me, so sadly, the contest will have to wait until I get back. I'll make it worth the wait, tho!

And yes, you read correctly. I'm going to Florida with my two little boys for an entire month! We're staying with my parents! The great thing about spending that kind of time with my mom is that I'll come home skinny. We sort of fall into this "Diet" when we're together where we eat whatever we want until about 4pm. Then we talk about dinner while having a drink after the boys go to bed. And then we end up having a couple more drinks - forgetting about dinner. Or as my friend Katie says, "F*ck dinner!"

So, I won't be able to start the giveaway until I get home. But never fear - I'll be blogging while on vacation!

Good tv night for me. I have American Idol AND Big Brother. It's also a "Miss Barb" day! Miss Barb is Jake & Sam's sitter, my savior. She comes every Tuesday so I can go sit somewhere with my laptop and unlimited fountain diet coke and blog. I'm also going to see "Miss Pettigrew" and I might even go for a tanning session and a manicure. How's THAT for a decadent day?

Things I'm thinking about:

* Why are people jumping on Teri Irwin (widow of Steve "Crocodile Hunter" Irwin) for wanting to move with her kids to the US? Teri is from the US. I'm sure most of her family is here! With Steve gone, their anchor is gone. I can't say I wouldn't do the same in her shoes.

* I'm reading about trouble between Tobey "manorexia" Maguire and Jen Meyer.

* How creepy is Lindsay Lohan's 14 year old sister, Ali?

Why does she look like she's 30?!

* Did you read the statement Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg issued yesterday: "I am delighted to confirm that Mr and Mrs Guy Ritchie remain happily married. All is well and wonderful in the Ritchie household."

Uh....yeah. Right.
